Healthy Mama, Healthy Babii

As a Doula, Birth Assistant, and Mama of 3, I have learned a great deal about the community of Women we are surrounded with. Since 2018, I have been blessed enough to have joined many beautiful women on both pregnancy journeys, birth stories, breastfeeding ups and downs, and the world of trying to conceive. The common denominator here being Healthy Mama, Healthy Baby.  During this time, I learned what Women and Mamas need most during the journeys of pregnancy, preparing for labor and Birth itself, trying to conceive, and the postpartum and breastfeeding periods. During each season, nature has our back, and there exists that which we need in nature. Realizing how our hormones and what we possess in our body, mind and spirit influence our outcomes in each of these arenas is what led me to create a box for each season of Womenhood & Motherhood. Whether hormone balancing, milk boosting, or preparing for labor, there is a box for all the seasons. I hope you find what you need, and beginning with your Bodii, using nature in the form of the Box, you are able to best address your needs as a Healthy Mama, passing it on to your Healthy Babii.
